how do i get a confirmation of my subscription
A confirmation email will be sent within 2 working days of subscribing (except for the summer and Christmas breaks when it can take up to 2 weeks). It will only be sent to the address used when signing up.
HOW DO I GET MY FIRST ISSUE OF THE NEWSLETTER
Your subscription will start with the next available issue. The newsletter is sent exclusively by email. There is no option to access previous issues.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS
Your newsletters will be sent to the email used when subscribing. If you wish to change that address, please send us a message from the registered email used on PayPal.
GIFT OPTIONS ARE NOT AVAILABLE
If you wish to give or transfer your subscription to somebody else, please contact us from the registered email used on PayPal and provide us with the new name and new email address.
I WANT TO STOP/CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION
Your subscription is set on auto-renewal. It is your responsibility, if you wish to cancel it, to do so before the end of the chosen subscription period as, once renewed, each subscription will run its full term.
