A guide to the world’s motor racing facilities, from classic Grand Prix and sports car venues, to temporary dirt tracks and old airfields, including tracks that are still current and others that have long ago disappeared.
It covers 50 North American, 100 European, 30 Asian, and 5 African circuits.
Written in 1989, the book has never been updated. It was a great success at the time, selling around 40,000 copies, which was a huge number for a motor racing book in that era. It had a huge influence on creating interest in the sport for a whole generation of new young readers.
